上述异物造成搅拌缸在使用的过程中出现碰撞，加大了搅拌缸内部构件的摩擦，导致异响产生。搅拌缸中叶片或端刮板与罐内壁位置不合理也可以造成两者之间出现摩擦，导致搅拌轴无法正常运转。
