We all know that the concrete mixing plant is the mechanical equipment for mixing concrete. Whether a concrete mixing plant can meet the needs of users for concrete, the performance of the mixing plant occupies an important factor, and the main force of the concrete mixing function is the concrete mixer. Therefore, the selection of the mixing host is very important for the mixing plant.

我们知道混凝土搅拌机目前采用的搅拌主机均为强制式混凝土搅拌机，混凝土搅拌机的选择主要有3种即按工程量和工期要求选择、按设计的混凝土种类选择、按混凝土的组成特性和稠度方面选择。

We know that the main mixing machines currently used in concrete mixers are forced concrete mixers. There are three main choices of concrete mixers, namely, according to the requirements of quantities and construction period, according to the designed concrete types, and according to the composition characteristics and consistency of concrete.

1、按工程量和工期要求选择混凝土工程量大且工期长时，宜选用中型或大型固定式混凝土搅拌机或搅拌站。如混凝土工程量小且工期短时，宜选用中小型移动式搅拌机。

1. Medium or large-scale fixed concrete mixer or mixing plant should be selected according to the requirements of quantities and construction period. If the concrete quantity is small and the construction period is short, small and medium-sized mobile mixers should be selected.

2、按混凝土的组成特性和稠度方面选择如搅拌混凝土稠度小且骨料粒度大时，宜选用容量较大的自落式搅拌机。如搅拌稠度大而骨料粒度大的混凝土时，宜选用搅拌筒转速较快的自落式搅拌机。如稠度大而骨料粒度小时，宜选用强制式混凝土搅拌机或中、小容量的锥形反转出料的搅拌机。

2. Select according to the composition characteristics and consistency of concrete. If the consistency of mixing concrete is small and the particle size of aggregate is large, the self falling mixer with large capacity should be selected. For example, when mixing concrete with high consistency and large aggregate particle size, the self falling mixer with fast rotating speed of mixing drum should be selected. If the consistency is large and the aggregate particle size is small, the forced concrete mixer or the conical reverse discharge mixer with medium and small capacity should be selected.

3、按设计的混凝土种类选择搅拌混凝土为塑性或半塑式时，宜选用自落式搅拌机。如搅拌混凝土为高强度、干硬性或为轻质混凝土时，宜选用强制式混凝土搅拌机。混凝土搅拌机是搅拌站的核心部位，所以在对混凝土搅拌机选择时，一定要根据上述三方面就行判断，才可以确保混凝土搅拌站的生产事半功倍。

3. Select the mixing concrete according to the designed concrete type. When the mixing concrete is plastic or semi-plastic, the self falling mixer should be selected. If the mixed concrete is high-strength, dry and hard or light concrete, the forced concrete mixer should be selected. The concrete mixer is the core part of the mixing plant, so when selecting the concrete mixer, we must judge according to the above three aspects, so as to ensure that the production of the concrete mixing plant can get twice the result with half the effort.
