The concrete mixer equipment will have some faults in long-term operation, and the stuffy machine is one of the common faults. How to deal with the stuffy machine fault of the concrete mixer.
1. Fault phenomenon: during feeding and mixing, the mixing machine trips due to excessive current.
Cause analysis: 1. Excessive feeding causes excessive load of mixer. The gap between the mixing blade and the lining plate is too large, which increases the resistance during the mixing process.
Treatment process: 1. Check whether the batching system exceeds the standard and whether there is secondary feeding. Check whether the gap between the mixer blade and the lining plate is between 3-8mm.
2. Fault phenomenon: when the mixer is mixing production, when the materials in the hopper are not put into the mixer belt, another plate of materials is transported, resulting in the full discharge of materials in the hopper and waste.
Cause analysis: for aggregate unloading, the program needs to detect that the material in the waiting hopper has been put into the mixer, but the program detects the amount related to the position switch of the waiting hopper door. If this switch misoperates, it may cause secondary feeding.
Processing process: strengthen the reliability of the switch signal of the hopper door in place, and install two or three magnetic detection switches side by side at the position where the door is opened and closed in place, which can generally eliminate such faults; If a fault occurs suddenly during production, first check whether the position detection switch is displaced or damaged. Special attention: too high temperature can cause the magnetic switch to fail.
