1、气缸出现内、外泄漏，内漏是指气缸活塞组件磨损严重，造成那个活塞前后窜气，影响气缸动作的快慢，严重时造成开关不到位；外漏是指活塞杆与气缸接触的端部密封件磨损严重而漏气，造成活塞杆回复速度慢，甚回复不到位。

2、自上料搅拌车，气缸的输出力不足和动作不平稳，一般是因活塞或活塞杆被卡住、润滑不良、供气量不足，或缸内有冷凝水和杂质等原因造成的。对此，应调整活塞杆的中心；检查油雾器的工作是否可靠；供气管路是否被堵塞。当气缸内存有冷凝水和杂质时，应及时。
