若要判断止逆阀是否损坏,只需在空压机自动停机十几秒后,将电源关掉,用手盘动大胶带轮,如果能较轻松地转动一周,则表明止逆阀未损坏;反之,止逆阀已损坏;另外,也可从自动压力开关下面的排气口的排气情况来进行判断,一般在空压机自动停机后应在十几秒左右后就停止排气,如果一直在排气直空压机再次启动时才停止,则说明止逆阀已损坏,须更换。

油雾器的故障现象有:不滴油、油杯底部沉积有水分、油杯口的密封圈损坏等。当油雾器不滴油时,应检查进气口的气流量是否低于起雾流量,是否漏气,油量调节针阀是否堵塞等;如果油杯底部沉积了水分,应及时排除;当密封圈损坏时,应及时更换。
