Concrete mixer is a special truck used to transport concrete for construction; because of its shape, it is also often called snail truck. This kind of truck is equipped with cylindrical mixing drum to carry the mixed concrete. Concrete mixer has five systems

1、搅拌筒：该车型所采用的搅拌筒形式是一种应用较为普遍的结构形式，搅拌筒采用梨形结构，其清洗用水和运输过程中视需要补充加入的拌合水，均由搅拌筒头部进料口处注入筒内。

1. Mixing drum: the mixing drum used in this vehicle is a common structure. The mixing drum adopts pear shaped structure, and its cleaning water and mixing water added as needed during transportation are injected into the drum from the feeding port of the mixing drum head.

2、传动系统：该搅拌筒的驱动方式为以发动机为动力源，由发动机后端的取力器取力，通过传动轴传递到变量柱塞液压泵，经定量柱塞油马达，再通过减速机带动搅拌筒转动。

2. Transmission system: the mixing drum is driven by the engine as the power source, and the power is taken by the power take-off at the rear end of the engine, which is transmitted to the variable plunger hydraulic pump through the transmission shaft, and then driven by the quantitative plunger oil motor and the reducer to rotate the mixing drum.

3、搅拌筒的进出料系统（装料和卸料机构）：是辅助搅拌筒工作的重要装置。

3. The feeding and discharging system (loading and unloading mechanism) of the mixing drum is an important device to assist the mixing drum.

4、操纵系统：是整个搅拌车的控制部件，操纵面板上开有“工字形”槽，是操纵杆的活动空间；并且后半部的槽上开有限位孔，用来固定操纵杆的位置。该操纵系统通过汽车尾部的左右两个操纵杆来控制搅拌筒的正、反转和转速，从而来完成进出料以及搅拌动作。

4. Control system: it is the control part of the whole mixer. There is an I-shaped slot on the control panel, which is the activity space of the control lever. And there is a limit hole on the slot in the back half, which is used to fix the position of the control lever. The control system controls the forward, reverse and rotational speed of the mixing drum through the left and right control levers at the rear of the car, so as to complete the feeding and discharging and mixing action.

5、供水系统：混凝土搅拌车的供水系统主要用来清洗搅拌装置。该车型的供水系统共有两种型式，一种是离心水泵供水系统；一种是压力水箱供水系统，可供用户选装。

5. Water supply system: the water supply system of concrete mixer is mainly used to clean the mixing device. There are two types of water supply system, one is centrifugal water pump water supply system, the other is pressure water tank water supply system, which is optional for users.

混凝土搅拌机在运输过程中会始终保持搅拌筒转动，以保证所运载的混凝土不会凝固。运送完混凝土后, 通常都会用水冲洗搅拌筒内部, 防止硬化的混凝土占用空间, 使搅拌筒的容积越来越少。

The concrete mixer will always keep the mixing drum rotating during transportation to ensure that the concrete will not solidify. After the concrete is transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying the space and reduce the volume of the mixing drum.
