Concrete mixer is a machine that mixes cement, micro silica fume, silica fume, sand aggregate and water to make concrete mixture. The commissioning of concrete mixer is very critical in the use of concrete mixing station, which directly affects the normal operation of concrete mixing station equipment. Today, I will focus on the debugging of concrete mixer.

1、混凝土搅拌机的各种设置需合理。电源电压:额外电压为380伏,差错为±10%；电机和电气元件的接线能否牢靠,配电箱外壳有必要牢靠的接地。电源零线有必要交到配电箱内接线板N上,一切管线应妥善安置,以防作业时压坏碰上形成事端。

1. The setting of concrete mixer should be reasonable. Power supply voltage: the extra voltage is 380V, the error is ± 10%; whether the wiring of motor and electrical components is reliable or not, the shell of distribution box needs to be grounded firmly. It is necessary to hand over the zero line of power supply to the terminal board n in the distribution box. All pipelines should be properly arranged to prevent accidents caused by crushing during operation.

2、定期检查项目。定期检查混凝土搅拌机各减速箱及各光滑部位光滑油能否足够；要定期检查强制式搅拌机的发动拌和电动机,两根半轴旋转方向应与标牌指示方向共同,如方向不对,应改动电源接线。

2. Check items regularly. Regularly check whether the smooth oil in the reducer and smooth parts of the concrete mixer is enough; regularly check the starting mixing motor of the forced mixer. The rotation direction of the two half shafts should be the same as the direction indicated by the label. If the direction is not correct, the power wiring should be changed.

3、发动卸料组织,卸料门开闭应精确到位。发动水泵吊水,供水系统应正常工作；按所需砼配比断定供水量,并调理时刻继电器到相应的给水时刻。发动拌和电机工作。

3. Start the discharging organization, and the discharging door shall be opened and closed accurately. Start the water pump to lift water, the water supply system should work normally; determine the water supply according to the required concrete ratio, and adjust the time relay to the corresponding water supply time. Start the mixing motor.
