After the equipment is shut down, good equipment maintenance should be carried out, so as not to cause damage to the equipment.

一、混凝土搅拌机工作完成后,清扫搅拌机及相关配套设备各部位浆液、积灰。及时清洗搅拌机内及整机表面的灰尘、沾附的砼和油污，防止砼干结，保持清洁。将散装水泥罐闸门关好，将螺旋管内水泥全部输送出来，不要残留任何水泥在管内。同时彻底清洗机械现场。

1、 After the completion of the concrete mixer, clean the slurry and ash in all parts of the mixer and related supporting equipment. Timely clean the dust, attached concrete and oil on the mixer and the surface of the whole machine to prevent concrete from drying and keep clean. Close the gate of the bulk cement tank, transport all the cement out of the spiral pipe, and do not leave any cement in the pipe. At the same time, clean the machine site thoroughly.

二、对混凝土搅拌机械进行维护保养，对各润滑点加注润滑油，对需保护部分涂油防锈。

2、 Maintain the concrete mixing machine, add lubricating oil to each lubricating point, and oil the parts to be protected to prevent rust.

三、混凝土搅拌机停机后将所有操作开关置于断路位置，并关闭各电源开关。
