概述:在使用减速器的过程中油的黏度过高或过低。油的黏度可以在很大程度上增加轴承的负荷,导致轴承产生巨大的热量。
1、.减速器温度过高故障

一,减速器在使用的过程中轴承负荷较大。大负荷状况导致轴承之间的摩擦加剧,摩擦生热导致零件、机械局部高温的产生。

二,在使用减速器的过程中油的黏度过高或过低。油的黏度可以在很大程度上增加轴承的负荷,导致轴承产生巨大的热量。当油的黏度过大时,整体流动性大幅降低,轴承在运行的过程中需要更大的动力,这部分动力非常容易转换为热能,导致加速度温度升高。而当油的黏度过小时润滑效果降低,摩擦阻力加大,也造成轴承运转过程中的动力增加。

2.减速器温度过高维修处理

在对减速器温度过高进行维修处理的过程中,操作人员要对混凝土搅拌机减速器轴承进行控制,要对轴承进行定期检查,观察轴承的整体使用状况。对出现异常摩擦的轴承要及时进行调整或更换,降低可能产生的局部热量。操作人员要对油的黏度进行严格控制,依照设备要求及运行参数对油的密度进行计算,对黏度等级进行合理选取,降低可能出现的局部高
