When cleaning the concrete mixer, pay attention to the following matters:

一、定时执行开展维护保养技术规范所标准新项目的维护、维护保养工作，如清理、光洁、给油等

二、搅拌器启动前应先查询各控制板是不是一切正常，完毕后自来水和碎石子倒进拌和筒内10~15分钟开展清理，以后将水和碎石子清出。实际操作工作人员如须进到搅拌筒内清理时，除封控开关电源和卸掉断路器外，并须锁上配电箱。

三、劝阻用铁锤敲击的方法囤积在混凝土搅拌站料筒内的混泥土，只有用木工凿。

3、 It is discouraged to remove the concrete stored in the barrel of the concrete mixing plant by hammering, which can only be removed by woodworking chisel.

四、在严寒季节，工作完毕后应用水清理拌和机滚桶并将离心水泵、储水箱、自来水管内存水放净，防止离心水泵、储水箱、自来水管等冻裂。

4、 In the severe cold season, after the work is completed, the drum of the water cleaning mixer shall be used, and the water in the centrifugal water pump, water storage tank and incoming water pipe shall be drained to prevent the centrifugal water pump, water storage tank and tap water pipe from freezing crack.
