Matters needing attention in three periods before, during and after concrete mixer operation:

混凝土搅拌机能够正常运行是每个用户都希望看见的，这就需要用户在使用搅拌机时要小心这三个时期：

Every user wants to see the normal operation of concrete mixer, which requires users to be careful of these three periods when using the mixer

1.混凝土搅拌机运行前：混凝土搅拌机运行前后应检查传动机构、工作装置、制动器等，均应紧固可靠，保证正常工作。大齿圈、皮带轮等部位，应装防护罩，搅拌筒内和各配套的传动、运动部位及仓门、斗门、轨道等均无异物卡住。

1. Before the operation of concrete mixer: before and after the operation of concrete mixer, the transmission mechanism, working device, brake, etc. shall be checked to ensure the normal operation. The big gear ring, belt pulley and other parts shall be equipped with protective cover, and there shall be no foreign matter stuck in the mixing drum and the supporting transmission and moving parts, bin door, bucket door and track.

2.混凝土搅拌机运行中：

①进料时，严禁将头或手伸入料斗与机架之间，运转中不得用手或工具等物伸入搅拌筒内扒料出料。

① When feeding, it is strictly forbidden to put the head or hand between the hopper and the rack. During the operation, it is not allowed to put hands or tools into the mixing drum to pick up materials and discharge materials.

②料斗升起时，严禁在其下方工作或穿行。料坑底部要设料斗的枕垫，清理料坑时必须将料斗用链条扣牢。

② When the hopper is raised, it is strictly forbidden to work or walk under it. The bottom of the material pit should be provided with a pillow pad for the hopper. When cleaning the material pit, the hopper must be fastened with a chain.

③向搅拌筒内加料应在运转中进行;添加新料必须先将搅拌机内原有的混凝土全部卸出后才能进行。不得中途停机或在满载时启动滚筒搅拌机，反转出料者除外。

③ Adding materials into the mixing drum should be carried out in operation; adding new materials must first discharge all the original concrete in the mixer. It is not allowed to stop the machine halfway or start the drum mixer when it is fully loaded, except for those with reverse discharging.

④作业中，如发生故障不能继续运转时，应立即切断电源，将搅拌筒内的混凝土干净。

④ During the operation, in case of failure, the power supply shall be cut off immediately to clear the concrete in the mixing drum.

3.混凝土搅拌机运行后：当混凝土搅拌完毕或预计停歇1h以上，除将余料出净外，应用石子和清水倒入抖筒内，开机转动，把粘在料筒上的砂浆冲洗干净后全部卸出。料筒内不得有积水，以免料筒和叶片生锈。同时还应清理搅拌筒外积灰，使机械保持清洁完好。

3. After the concrete mixer is running: when the concrete mixing is finished or it is expected to stop for more than 1 h, in addition to discharging the remaining materials, stones and clean water shall be poured into the shaking drum, and the machine shall be started to rotate, and the mortar adhered to the barrel shall be washed and discharged completely. There should be no water in the barrel to avoid rust of the barrel and blade. At the same time, the ash accumulation outside the mixing drum should be cleaned to keep the machinery clean and intact.
