1.可以在使用前日常检查时紧固联结螺栓调平衬板。

2.更换轴承。

2. Replace the bearing.

3.排除搅拌叶片与陈衬板间卡住的石子。

3. Remove the stones stuck between the mixing blade and the old lining plate.

4.更换叶片，调好间隙；在搅拌支承装置加注润滑脂。

4. Replace the blade and adjust the clearance; Add lubricating grease to the mixing support device.

5.调整轨道平行度，调整电机制动分离间隙。

5. Adjust the rail parallelism and the motor brake separation clearance.

6.修复或更换新的限位开关。
